Extensions
HTML, JS, and CSS shown inside the main window, each in a sandboxed frame with its own origin and no network access.
Pick one from the command menu and it opens in place of the chat, with the open extension pinned in the sidebar. Each extension has a manifest with a title, description, and slot.
extensions/<id>/Apps
Standalone apps that open in their own window with the same sandbox and SDK as any other Kucedr app.
Apps keep their files in the plugin folder and their data in their own app storage. They appear in Settings → Apps, tagged with their plugin.
apps/<id>/MCP servers
Local stdio servers or remote http servers that give the agent tools from the services you already use.
Define a server in its own mcp.json or in mcp/servers.json. Configured servers can be tested, inspected, and enabled or disabled in Settings.
mcp/<id>/Skills
SKILL.md instruction packages that teach the agent a task. No code runs.
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file. The agent loads it when a task matches the skill’s description.
skills/<id>/SKILL.mdModels
Provider plugins add remote API models for chat, images, video, speech, and embeddings, or local models through Ollama.
A plugin becomes a provider when its manifest lists models. The provider id is the plugin id, and the catalog picks it up as soon as the plugin is enabled.
manifest.json → modelsSearch
Provider plugins can add web search so the agent can look things up while it works.
List search services under web_search in the plugin manifest. The agent uses the enabled engine when a task needs current information from the web.
manifest.json → web_searchDatabases
Provider plugins can add vector databases that store embeddings for knowledge search.
List databases under vector_databases in the plugin manifest. Kucedr uses them to index your documents and retrieve the most relevant passages.
manifest.json → vector_databasesStorage
Provider plugins can add cloud storage for the files Kucedr keeps and syncs.
List storage services under storage in the plugin manifest. Credentials stay in the credential store, never in the plugin folder.
manifest.json → storageBots
Provider plugins can add bots that let you reach your assistant from a messaging app.
List bots under bots in the plugin manifest. Once configured, messages to the bot go to your agent and its replies come back in the same chat.
manifest.json → botsUpload a folder or .tgz archive, or install from an https URL in Settings → Plugins.
Disable a plugin and all of its contributions disappear at once. Removing one deletes a single folder.
Extensions get their own origin, no Node, no network, and a strict content security policy.
