Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kucedr desktop application and its features and integrations. By using the application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.
Using Kucedr
Kucedr is a desktop tool that can read and edit files, run commands, use online services, and generate content. You are responsible for the instructions you provide, the files and folders you make available, the providers and integrations you connect, and the actions you request or approve.
Use Kucedr in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms. Do not use it for illegal activity, to compromise systems or accounts, or to process data without authorization.
Google integrations and user data
Google integrations are optional and require you to connect the relevant account and grant permissions. Through the Kucedr desktop assistant, you may request calendar and event management, including secondary calendars, properties, subscriptions, and sharing; Gmail message search and reading, conversation summaries and replies, draft management and sending, mail organization, and basic settings and filters; Drive file search, reading, download, creation, upload, modification, deletion, and metadata management; retrieval of Google Meet files available in Drive; and consultation of Google Photos media.
You are responsible for having authority to access the data and request actions on the connected account. Instructions to send messages, permanently delete drafts, delete files or calendars, or change sharing permissions and filters can affect other people and the availability of your data. Review the actions you request and their results.
Kucedr uses Google data exclusively to provide these features and carry out your requests. Any transfer of relevant content to your selected AI provider is limited to processing your request and remains subject to the same restrictions: no advertising, sale of data, or development, improvement, or training of generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. The Privacy Policy describes data handling, retention, and deletion. Use of information received from Google Workspace adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy.
Providers and third-party services
Kucedr can connect to AI providers, search services, messaging channels, MCP servers, and other services you choose. These services are independent from Kucedr. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their processing; you are responsible for reviewing those terms, managing credentials and permissions, and any costs associated with your use.
No warranty; changes and contact
Kucedr is provided as-is and as available. Generated responses, tool actions, and produced content may contain errors; verify results before using or sharing them. To the extent permitted by law, Harald Bregu does not warrant that the service will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
These terms may be updated when the Kucedr desktop application or its integrations change. The latest revision date will be shown on this page. For questions, contact Harald Bregu at harald.bregu@kucedr.com.
